How I keep fit

Happy Monday Ladies! 

I hope your weekends were wonderful and you are all well rested for the week ahead. Life around here has been quite with flu season still lingering :( However in the last day or so, I managed to get my butt out of bed and back running. Today I thought I was share my three favourite ways to keep fit. 

Now disclaimed I am by no means a fitness junkie. I enjoy cake and sometimes have to skip my daily workout if my day is complete chaos. But in general I try to work out for a least 40 minutes a day. Again, this doesn't happen every single day but its whats I aim for! 

I love running, always have, always will. I find it a great way to clear my head and get those endorphins pumping. Plus its a great way to wear out the crazy dog, so win win! I try to run everyday and maybe one of these days I will get around to running a half marathon. Something that has been on the to-do list for about five years haha!

Yoga is another favourite of mine. I used to take two yoga classes a week for one hour and LOVED them. But I couldn't commit to the times this year, so as of late I have been using the Yoga Academy App. I have mentioned this app on the blog before but its so damn good I just had to share again. Third and final, my group classes, whether its spin class or some bizarre dance combo class *which I have taken many a time. Group classes are an awesome was to stay fit, socialise and try something new. I haven't included a picture of this, because trust me, that sweaty exhausted look ain't a pretty one ;)
