Abu Dhabi TO-DO

Morning Everyone!

As many of you know I have recently retuned from living in Abu Dhabi,  UAE. I absolutely loved living there, it is truly an amazing city. But I have to say there really is no place like home :) If you are heading to the middle east  or Europe bound soon I would seriously encourage you to make a pit stop in Abu Dhabi. This city is rich in history and has some amazing new sites that really are worth your while. Here are my five favourite spots in this beautiful city!

One

If you are looking for a great place to relax then look no further. The Saadiyat Beach club is the perfect place for a lazy afternoon and cocktail by the beach. For more details check out their official site here!

Two

Possibly the best roof top bar in Abu Dhabi, the Rosewood Hotel is home to GLO. Great views, good food and a fantastic atmosphere, GLO is the perfect place for evening drinks or even a light dinner. For opening times and more details visit the official site here!

Three

The Ritz-Carlton is by far the most lavish hotel in Abu Dhabi. Home to 8 world class restaurants, the Ritz-Carlton is well worth the 20 minute cab ride from down town. I would highly recommend Mijana for some amazing Arabic food. For more details see the official site here.

Four

If you are visiting Abu Dhabi there is no way you can miss Emirates Palace. Emirates Palace is one of the most famous hotels in the world and an incredible architectural icon. Emirates Palace is home to 394 guest rooms and has been described as 'beyond 7 star'. I highly recommend their High Tea at Le Cafe! Reservations for high tea are a must so plan your visit in advance. All details can be found here.

Five

Last but certainly not least, the Sheikh Zayed Mosque is perhaps the most famous monument in Abu Dhabi. This Mosque is well worth a visit regardless of your religion and is truly breath taking. For opening times visit the official page here.

If you already follow me on Instagram you will probably recognise a few of these pictures. If not remember you can keep up with all my travels here!
